The intention here is to not have to run the Marionette unit tests for those tests which can all be covered by the Wdspec test suite. This mostly covers the tests running in content scope, and don't particular test the Marionette client.
Note that soon Fennec will no longer be supported and as such builds and tests won't no longer run in CI. As of now Marionette harness doesn't support GeckoView based browsers, and as such Mn jobs won't be able to run at all for that platform.
There are some dependencies to be fixed first before we can get started on this bug.
