1560255 - Creating movemail account from Account central broken

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1542490 +++

When creating a movemail account from the Account central page (not New->Other accounts->Movemail):
TypeError: rg.selectedItem is null in aw-accounttype.js:10:24

ReferenceError: reference to undefined property "accounttype" aw-incoming.js:80:23

And then it shows a page for choosing a POP or IMAP server, which seems bogus.

Regressed bug 1542490 with bug 1515877 :(

Movemail got capitalized again in the eslint patches, even though it was already corrected on trunk.

Yeah, sorry, it only exists on Linux :)
But you can check in the source whether radio[value='"movemail"'] exists.
