When using the bugfiler to file an intermittent failure, the usual process is to file it in the component that the failed test belongs to. However, sometimes there are a collection of failures across a swath of tests that are specific to a particular platform. For example I'm expecting such a swath of failures when I turn on reftests for WebRender on Android HW devices. What would be useful is if there is some way for me search bugzilla to find all the bugs specific to this platform, despite those bugs being scattered in various components.
If the bug filer added the job name or platform name to the description in comment 0 that would give me a way to search for them. Currently it doesn't even populate the Platform dropdown fields on bugs (I can imagine that's not easy to do because you'd need to map from job name to platform) but just dumping the raw job name in the description should be easier.
