Steps to reproduce:

Recent Firefox beta update started ignoring dark GTK3 theme in the scrollbar

Since 68.0b12, Firefox started ignoring GTK3 theme colors in the scrollbar. I'm using Breeze GTK3 theme from the KDE project, with colors applied from Wonton Soup dark scheme. Until recently Firefox looked fine, including the scrollbars. But new beta update broke it, and scrollbars started looking mismatched to the overall theme. They look like light one, not dark.

Same applies to fixed breeze-dark GTK theme. The rest of the UI follows it. Scrollbars don't.
