1560470 - Cancel all jobs doesn't work on this try push: standard_init_linux.go:190: exec user process caused "argument list too long"

Callek wanted to cancel all jobs on this try push but the jobs ended as busted.

Tried with Cancel jobs button for all of them and then tried pinning all of them and hit cancel all, that's why the many cx busted jobs.
1 1/2 hrs before this I've successfully cancelled all jobs on a inbound push. Could this be somehow related to Bug 1560428 where try was broken for some hrs? It was working when I tried this.

Update: Callek managed to cancel all of them via command line.
