This assumes the "Use system preference" checkbox is on. 1. When the search toolbar button is clicked, it does not observe system prefs search page setting. 2. When the throbber is clicked, it does not observe the system pref homepage setting.
Issue 1 WFM using Chimera/20020701. Issue 2 is Invalid. The throbber is not supposed to link to the user's home page. That's what the Home button is for.
