If mozilla mail is open, and I haven't been using Mozilla to browse for a while,
and I open a new browser window, the URL bar won't be editable. If I click on
it, I can get no cursor in it, and it just doesn't respond. If I then close the
browser and open a second one, it seems to work

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail client
2.Check some mail, click the popup "___ has _ new messages" thing, read mail
3.wait some time. maybe 10 minutes, not sure exactly
4. open a browser window
5. click on url bar

Actual Results:  URL bar doesn't respond

Expected Results:  URL should have a cursor in it so I can type
