Steps to reproduce:

Make Sure You are Using Windows 10 1903
Then Set Windows in Dark Mode
and Go and Open Firefox you can see no theme changed
and open menu and sites, you can saw some parts have light theme
Then Set Windows to Light Mode theme
and Saw Firefox

Actual results:

Firefox Theme Not Changed To Dark Mode After Changing Windows Theme to Dark Also not Change to Light After Changing Windows Theme!
Even After Changing To Dark Mode, Menu and other parts still Light even Sites.

Expected results:

The Firefox Theme Must Change Automatically To Dark or Light After Change Windows Theme To Dark or Light( i mean if windows theme changed to dark then firefox change to dark and windows theme changed to light then firefox theme changed to dark)
After Changing To Dark Mode, Firefox Must set all Menu and other parts and Sites to Dark Mode and vice versa.
