Steps to reproduce

1. Access https://www.ubuntu.com/download and initiate the download;
2. Open the download Panel near the Awesomebar;
3. Click on the Cancel / Retry button.

Expected result

• No graphical issues occur;

Actual result

• There is a line displayed in front of the download name;

Regression range

• will provide one asap;
• 50.0b9, 52.0b9, are affected as well, 49.0.2 seems to be ok so probably it's an overlooked scenario when the new panel was implemented;

Additional notes

• using dark theme makes it more visible;
• with Default or Basic theme the issue does not reproduce.
