In bug 1561306 we want to call test suites via mozharness with a --repeat N argument. This is supported in reftests and mochitests. We can add this support to the unittest mozharness scripts. Initially, we can just silently ignore the request if the suite is not on the "approved" list of reftest and mochitests.
