Once the strings are at 100% confidence, create an ftl file and move the strings out of the html file.

Feedback from Betsy:

• Descriptions for the categories of trackers are outdated. (see slide 5-9)
• The CTA on the monitor card should say [ Sign Up for Breach Alerts ]
• On the Lockwise card, Passwords stored securely and Syncing to X other devices should not have periods after them
