When using interactive sessions to replicate and debug job commands,
it's tiresome to find lines in the log like:

executing ['hg', 'robustcheckout', '--sharebase', ...]

which require some massaging before pasting them into your interactive
session. It'd be much nicer if run-task printed commands in a way
that didn't require massaging, which is what this patch does.

I was trying to wait for a quiet period where this could land, since changes to run-task require building a bunch of stuff. Tom, do you know if there are changes that this patch could possibly land with as part of a stack?

There's a new trick: landing on inbound. It has almost no traffic now, and can be closed without causing too much disruption.
