the referenced page uses some kind of rollover that renders
really badly - only the rollover works, the base
display does not.   Other browsers work fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just look at the page

The site has all the content in 3 <pre> elements, each with height set to 27px.
 The content overflows and is rendered black on black beacuse those are the
colors the site has set.

This is not a browser bug; the site's CSS is pretty clear....

In case you're investigating this report again;
the originally referenced page is completely changed.
I've supplied a new link to an archive on the wayback
site.   BTW, the page renders much better now, but still
not as the author intended (using IE as a model)

Since this was an evange bug and the original site is redesigned and i see no
real problem on the new page -> fixed.
