I'm putting the anonymous content style caching in bug 1554571 behind a pref, to make it easy to disable if needed, and to clearly separate the UA style sheet changes from the caching changes.

My guess is that it's because I wasn't clearing mCachedAnonymousContentStyles in ServoStyleSet::ShellDetachedFromDocument.
