Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0

Steps to reproduce:

I went onto https://www.linguee.de/
Firefox showed me a new popup, informing me about the fact that it blocks content now, which tracks me and so on.
It showed "Step 1 out of 3" or so and once I clicked on "Next", I got redirected.

Actual results:

This webpage appeared: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/und/firefox/67.0.4/content-blocking/start/?newtab=true&step=2&variation=1

Expected results:

I guess new information? Another page? Ending world hunger?

The locale und does not seem to be a supported locale on www.mozilla.org, and it also does not seem to be a supported Firefox build.

According to [1], the locale code und stands for undetermined. If that's correct, then I'm not quite clear how you managed to set that as a language preference. But it does explain why you ended up with a 404 page.

I use the default Mozilla from KaOS:

I don't think there is anything special about and I had never issues with it in this topic.

I'm not familiar with KaOS, but unless you download an official build from www.mozilla.org, then I can't say what you have is default.

What is your accept-language header, if you visit this page?

If your accept-language headers are providing the correct information, then the only thing I can think of is you may have some odd configuration of language pack in Firefox. I tried to search for references to und, and all I could find is it's a language pack used in testing [1]. It's also not listed on AMO [2]

Flod, any ideas on this one?

We have a few bugs on file for "und" being returned as locale (bug 1556890, bug 1554742).
