After awesome bar gets populated with suggestions, user is unable to resize the window using the mouse (bottom right corner)

[Environment:]

[Steps:]
Launch firefox with clean profile
Resize Firefox Window (so it uses less amount of space on the screen and is not maximized)
Do a search, type "moz" > suggestions appear
While having the search suggestions visible, try to resize the window with the mouse (bottom right corner)

[Actual Result:]
User is unable to resize window (Ubuntu)
You can only resize window once search suggestions are not visible anymore.(clicking on the search bar for example)

[Expected Result:]
You should be able to rezise window even if search suggestions are showing on screen.

[Note:]
Since this reproduces also with the awesome-bar & Fx67, don't think it's a recent regression.

REGARDING WINDOWS10 & MACOS: The resize works as long as the window is bigger than the search suggestion area. If firefox window is smaller (window at is minimum size) than search suggestion you cannot resize, search sugestion window is only shown.
In Mac0S for example if this happens (window is smaller than search sugestion area), you need to completely delete the text entered in the awesome bar in order to be able to resize

This is now working in Nightly, afaict.
