The three changes I'll need to make on this are:
- Update the hard coded layout to point to the new endpoint (a code change).
- Update the spocs delete endpoint to also point to the new endpoint (a pref change).
- Update the default remote endpoint to be the same as the hard coded one, this is just to be consistent (a pref change).

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Nightly (69.0a1 Build ID - 20190701215217) installed, on Windows 10 x64, Arch Linux and Mac 10.14.5. The SPOCS are still successfully displayed after the endpoint update.
