Steps to reproduce:

Load a html file with the content
<input type="password">
<input>

Actual results:

I can type without problems in the second box in the first box I can type one letter every two seconds if I type a sentence firefox freezes for multiple seconds.

Expected results:

I have not the best PC (4GB Ram, dual core). But it should not freeze so hard.
This also occurs on other websites like bugzilla.mozilla.org, Instagram google.

Sorry it seems like a add-on coused this lags let me investigate.

After enabling and disabling save mode a few times the problem also does not occur in not save mode.
