Since Firefox 67 Cannot Edit or Create Email in Qmail Engine

Steps to reproduce:
My ISP has a customized version of Qmail for their Email server and uses a webmail interface. This Interface DOES NOT work with IE. It does work with Chrome and did work with Firefox 66 and older.
When you start to compose an Email or reply to one it should allow you to edit the message in the "body". You can no longer edit the subject line or body with Firefox 67.
Reverted to Older Firefox versions (works in 66). Disabled all add-ons. Restarted in Safe Mode.
Actual results:
In the older versions of Firefox (66 and older) the editor works. No help disabling addons or starting in safe mode. Editor still works in Chrome.
When you reply to a message it should open the editor with the text of the message displayed like any reply. This does not happen and it makes the editor blank. Clicking in the edit window does not give you a cursor.
Expected results:
When you start to compose an Email (or reply to one) the editor should allow you to type. The box is there but there is no way to type in this. I contacted the ISP to confirm it is not just me. They are aware of the problem but don't have a solution except to use Chrome.

Is there a public testcase where someone else could try to reproduce the problem?
I am attempting to convince the ISP to provide you with a test account. Other customers have seen the issue but I'm (as far as I know) the only one willing to report the bug to Mozilla. I work in IT and routinely find and report bugs. This is a first for Mozilla. (Not the first bug, but the first one I reported.) I've sent the support team the bug number and they may contact you with the account information or possibly provide it to me. OR they may ignore it completely.
Is there something in the about:config that I can test that might have changed from 66 to 67?
Here is a workaround I found that fixes this (but is likely breaking other things).
about:config
Accept the warranty risk
right click > add string general.useragent.override
String value: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko)
Save. Restart Firefox.
While the above does fix the editor issue it breaks other websites as I no longer have a compatible web browser.......

You can override User-Agent only for specific domains: general.useragent.override.<your ISP's domain>

Were you able to get a test account for us to try and reproduce the bug so that it may be fixed? On the other hand, did Masatoshi's tip help you solve the bug?
