Now that all static pref getters use snake_case, these renamings make sense:
- Getfoo_bar_bazPrefName() -> GetPrefName_foo_bar_baz()
- Getfoo_bar_bazPrefDefault() -> GetPrefDefault_foo_bar_baz()
