Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Steps to reproduce:
press Home or End keys.
Actual results:
The page moves up/down about a cm, instead all the way to top/bottom.
cursor up/down also moves a lot less than usual.
Expected results:
mentioned navigation keys should work normal.
PS: The problem is with most pages on that website. In IE it works normal.

There are similar problems with PgUp and PgDown, although they sometimes works fine, while Home/End does not.
Also: mouse clicking above or below the scroll bar moves the page by a few pixels, instead of a full page (IOW: the normal way, moving about the visible size of the document)

I can't reproduce today's nightly. Hani or David, can you please re-confirm on latest nightly whether it works or now.

This is already much better in 68.0.1 (or maybe the website did some changes).
On nightly 70.0a1 (2019-07-23) (64-bit) I don't see any problems any more.
