1563183 - Facebook share dialog windows don t open

Steps to reproduce:

Go to my fan page
Go to my picture album
Click on a picture
Then try to share it.

Actual results:

When I click on share button the pop up dialog box won t open.
see video attached file.

Expected results:

The pop up dialog box for sharing need to stay open so i can edit my post

Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables add-ons, extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems.) And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-and-diagnose-firefox-problems#w_6-create-a-new-firefox-profile

Hi thank you for help.
I just tryed in safe mode, with a new profile and still issue.
I also tryed with google chrome and there is no issue.
With firefox again i tryed to share an old picture from my profil and it s working
So this issue only concerne pages and group
But from facebook fan I can share from fan page wall share button is working.
It s dont work when i go to fan page / photos and choose an old photo

Maybe for testing
Let see if you can have share dialog box open from this page

Hi @phlos,

I have tested your issue on latest FF release 68.0.1 and latest Nightly build 70.0a1 (2019-07-23) and could not reproduce it either with the link from comment 3.
If the issue is still reproducible on your end, can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) with a new clean profile and report back the results?

I tryed again with firefox Quantum 64bts 68.0.1 and it s still not working.
Then i download Nighltly installed it with a new profile and there is the same issue.

But if it s working for you, that mean this issue come from my system ?

Ok i found detail about this issue. And Iknow why it s working for you and not me.
That because this I own this page and i want resharing old content on this page page again you know this way for exemple video got more view instead of making a new post.
So this share button work when you try try to share as page but it s working if i share it on my facebook profile.
So i m sorry then i don t think it s a firefox bug but it s facebook issue.

sry i didn t explain very good
share button don t work when you got a fan page and you want to share an old picture from your facebook fan page pictures album . But there is no reason for that normaly you should be abble to do that.
I already repported that to facebook but i think they receive to many messages and don t read them all. And there are not going to fix that.
