Snippet Firefox Icons are "blacked out" in dark theme mode

[Environment:]
Fx Nightly 69.0a1
Fx Beta 68

[Steps:]

1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to about:config and set the following:
   browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.devtoolsEnabled to "True"
3. Restart Firefox
4. Open "Customize" from Hamburger menu
5. Set Theme to "Dark"
6. Go to about:newtab#asrouter
7. Find SIMPLE_TEST_1 under messages , press "Show" and observe the displayed snippet

[Actual Result:]
Both Firefox Icons are "blacked out"

[Expected Result:]
The icons should be correctly displayed in dark mode

This does not happen on Firefox 67.0.4
Will come back with a regression range ASAP

This bug looks invalid to me, the content in ASRouterAdmin is just a placeholder. The icons are intentionally made to be "blacked out" to make it obvious that we're showing the dark theme icon variant.
The real snippet content is delivered by the snippets service.
