Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0 ID:20190703094734
As noticed while working on bug 1550702 the Raptor harness is no longer able to open the recorded ans symbolicated profile in a new Firefox session.
The failure I see when running eg. the youtube-playback tests is:
Could not download the profile.
Error: Unable to unzip the zip file. The full error information has been printed out to the DevTool’s console.
The zip file is valid, so not sure what's going on. It might even be a bug in the used gecko profiler API to open a zipped profile.
Note there is nothing visible in the devtools console even as mentioned so.
Most likely a regression within the 69 cycle. Could anyone investigate this please? Thanks

This is not only the case locally, but also for uploaded artifacts. See:
Julien, could this be a regression on profiler.firefox.com in not being able to load zipped profiles anymore?

I also filed https://github.com/firefox-devtools/profiler/issues/2124 for the profiler itself.

Sorry I didn't see the needinfo yesterday. Yes I'm pretty sure this is a regression in the profiler, we'll look at it shortly. Let's follow up on that profiler bug!

As identified on the Github issue it's a profiler bug which will be fixed soon. There is nothing we have to change in Raptor. As such I will close this bug as invalid.
