Details

Refactor color-related localizations (i.e. the ones used by https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/devtools/client/shared/widgets/Spectrum.js) out of inspector and accessibility properties and move them to a new color.properties localization file which will contain all the color localizations. The accessibility and inspector panels can then import from this new file.
