My desktop, (HP ProDesk 600 G1), with Windows10, will not let me sync, because it says I am not connected to the internet, But I am definitely connected. I used Firefox online immediately before and after I tried to sync. And, my PC says I am connected. There is NO DOUBT AT ALL that I was connected.
As soon as I clicked on "sign to Sync", I got the box that says I am not connected to the internet.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Sorry for the delay here, but I'm not sure what box you are talking about. And to be clear, you are having trouble signing in to sync rather than trouble actually syncing, right?

Would it be possible to attach a screen-short of your situation?

The next day I tried to sync again, and did it successfully, with no issues. Apparently, it was a rare event.
Thanks for trying to help.
