Relevant code, which is part of Browser:FirstPaint
:
I assume this has been caused by a new feature and is not a regression.

Bug 1561970 might have taken care of fixing this. Are you still seeing this, whimboo?

As for severity, I suspect that for the most part, this will be unnoticed by the user. The Browser:FirstPaint message is used to set focus to the right element after a new browser window opens, and I suspect that the <xul:browser>'s that are causing this error to be reported aren't ones we'd normally consider in the first place (which is what bug 1561970 is supposed to be fixing).

Fixed with the following merge to mozilla-central:
It includes bug 1561970 so as mentioned by Mike it was most likely fixed by its landing.
