Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox
2. Go to https://hbogo.ro/ (Romanian Domain) and login with valid credentials
3. Select any movie and click on play

Expected result

• The video is decoded and played back properly

Actual result

• Video has artefacts and it is garbled

Additional notes

• The issue is kind of intermittent
• On HBO Go Play or Now (American Domain), this issue is not reproducible; note that in comparison to the American ones, the Romanian site looks totally different.

Is it a driver issue similar to Bug 1562195?

No.

One occurs because decoding is too slow. Here it seems the decoding is bad.

This behaviour is typically happening if you attempt to start decoding on a non keyframe.

Hi, This issue still occurs in our latest nightly build 89.0a1 (2021-04-18) on a Yoga arm machine with Windows 10.
When the user hits resume playback on a video, the issue occurs for a few seconds and then it plays normally.
