Expected results:

Text shouldn't have randomly went blurry while browsing.

Hi lepardigepardi, I tried to reproduce this issue but without any success.
Does this issue occur with hardware acceleration OFF?
In about:support for the Composition does it say Webrender ? if so can you please Turn Webrender Off from about:config by setting the following preferences to false and retest it:

gfx.webrender.all = false
gfx.webrender.all.qualified = false

In the mean time I'll set the component for this issue and maybe our devs will know more about this issue.

Hi, issue doesn't happen with hardware acceleration OFF. However there are horizontal stripes in YouTube videos after disabling it, so it's a bad fix.

I couldn't find "gfx.webrender.all.qualified". "gfx.webrender.all" was already set to false.

Also affects MacOS with 1080p monitors. It makes it painful and sometimes impossible to try to read small and/or faint text in about:preferences and about:config.
