User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Steps to reproduce:
I visited this URL: http://tinyurl.com/yykrk975
It redirects you to a page with a very long URL, that basically contains the whole source code of the page encoded in base64. To reproduce the bug, simply hover over the URL bar once you've landed on that page.
I'm on Manjaro Linux 4.19.37-rt20-rc1-MANJARO.
Actual results:
The whole top part of the UI (so, the top of the window with "Mozilla Firefox" and the (-) (x) buttons), the tabs, and everything at the level of the URL bar, were duplicated, sometimes more than once, and displayed below the originals (see picture attached).
Expected results:
Nothing.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:67.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/67.0
Hi,
I have tested your issue on latest FF release (67.0.4) and latest Nightly build 70.0a1 (2019-07-09) and could not reproduce it.
I see you have some add-ons there, so the issue it's possible to be caused by one of them.
If the issue is still reproducible on your end, can you please retest this using latest FF release and latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8) and safe mode (https://goo.gl/AR5o9d), to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause.
Thanks for the report.
