Expected results:

As of Firefox 68, there is a PageAction for toggling a tab's pinned state (Pin Tab/Unpin Tab).
Similar PageAction should be added for the action Mute Tab in order to simplify it's usage, especially for tabs that are about to make sound but do not do so yet.

They're in Toolbars and Customization, so I'll move this there. This seems like a reasonable request, but it probably needs UX input, and I'm not sure who that would be these days.
