User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0

Steps to reproduce:

I use Firefox Developer Edition 69.0b2 (64-bit)

  1. Opened some page (works on any webpage with enough content)
  2. Entered Responsive design mode by hitting Ctrl+Shift+M hotkey
  3. Dragged one of the edges to resize viewport.
  4. Tried to scroll the page

Actual results:

Scroll has stopped working. Scrollbar remained visible though.

Expected results:

Scroll should work

Component: Untriaged → Responsive Design Mode
Product: Firefox → DevTools
