Display of event invitation messages must include timezone to avoid confusion

When traveling, I need to switch time zones. Sometimes I forget to switch the timezone (or rather, city) for Lightning specifically, as it has its own explicit setting for this. When watching an event invitation I got by mail, however, I can't tell whether the hour I'm seeing is right or not, since I don't remember the timezone - and the invitation message display doesn't say which timezone it's assuming!
The invitation message display should include the timezone.
Thus, instead of, say:
Tuesday, 16 July 2019 14:30 – 17:00
I should see:
Tuesday, 16 July 2019 14:30 – 17:00 (IDT)
(for Israeli Daylight Time, which I'm in right now), or perhaps:
Tuesday, 16 July 2019 14:30 – 17:00 (UTC+03:00)
if we don't want to quibble about names. Another option, which I like less, would be:
Tuesday, 16 July 2019 14:30 – 17:00 (Asia/Jerusalem time)
Note: I don't care that much which timezone the sender is located in or indicated (I mean, I might care a bit if they use it in the text of the message, but that's not Lightnining's problem) - I care about my timezone.

Lightning has no feature to send email messages for event reminders. If you receive some it might be a feature of your calendar server. Or do you mean meeting invitations that are send to you by someone else and you being a participant of the meeting?

So it seems to be a duplicate of either Bug 1036621 or Bug 1216404 or Bug 1286890.

1036621 is the right approach, 1216404 should be WONTFIXed and 1286890 seems like it should be a dupe of 1036621.
