Verified the fix with the latest Nightly (70.0a1 / 20190717215119) under Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.

The page elements have been re-aligned, however, I would require further confirmation that this is indeed how it is supposed to be, before closing the issue as Verified. For further details, please see the attached screenshot.
