+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1557282 +++

Bug 1557282 turned on SetLockdownDefaultDacl for windows 10, but this broke audio for earlier versions of windows.
Hopefully, we should be able to turn it on again once we have audio remoting turned on for windows.

It turned out that the audio problems could occur on Windows 10 as well, so duplicating this back to bug 1557282.
