Details
We would like to add simulation functionality to the accessibility panel and start with something similar to the NoCoffee extensions that are available for Chrome and Firefox as well as the simulator on Android.
We will potentially use the same functionality for simulating things like high contrast, reduced motion etc.
This is a meta bug we should open dependent bugs for different bits such as serverside actor work and devtools client work.
