Sometimes right after making a comment on a bug, part of the page thinks I'm logged out even though I am logged in

For example, I just made a comment on bug 1558503, but the bottom of the page shows me a "log in" link whereas the top of the page still shows me my account picture etc. indicating I am indeed logged in. After a reload everything goes back to normal.
This has happened to me many many times in the past recent months.

The patches have been merged to master, will be pushed to production later this week or next week.
