Steps to reproduce:

Yesterday I noticed I could no longer see the Community Description section on top. This is the navigation for our site. The Minimize/Maximize would not work. I was running this on Firefox 68.0

Actual results:

Downgraded to firefox 67.0 and it worked again

Expected results:

Probably a bug on 68 version affecting the visualization of IBM pages
reported by a customer in US
