No idea how to reproduce, just had the entire browser crash.
Filing to WR because crash reason "Cleared texture cache without sending new document frame."
This bug is for crash report bp-0b0a6b33-97b4-413a-8915-d02970190711.

Filing to WR because crash reason "Cleared texture cache without sending new document frame."
That assert was added by bug 1538540 comment 30 to find out what's going on.
