This bug is for crash report bp-5e14c3ed-c30e-4805-ab13-8b4570190712.

Seen while looking at Windows release crash stats. Present in 67 release but seems to be more noticeable in early 68 release data: https://bit.ly/2Sme7Rf. Currently this is a top 20 crasher on release.

A few comments:

• Firefox crashes every time I put my HP Elitebook laptop to sleep and then open it up again. Says websites such as 'www.google.com' are INSECURE and won't let me access any webpage that is normally accessible without making me add it as a security exception.
• Every time I shut down FireFox it appears to close as usual, but I get this message a minute or two later. Only happens on this PC; not on my lap top or cell phone.
