Details
As of now we need to manually set trailhead.firstrun.branches in about:config to
a) control
b) join-privacy
c) sync-privacy
and restart browser to switch and view different about:welcome experiences

I think it would be ideal to be able to set the two categories (i.e. interrupt v.s. triplets) in separate drop downs.

I'm going to close this as invalid, since about:welcome implementation has changed drastically and trailhead.firstrun.branches is no longer used.
