This bug is specific to macOS. I do see it on 10.1 - have not yet tested on OS9x 
platform

I have text files of different sizes .... will attach the files.
See the description of each files behaviour on the machV browser (macOS). Also 
see this on ProjectX.

The file size is 1k.
This is displayed fine on the browser window

3. but when i decrease/increase the font size, the text shows up 
4. due to the large size of the file, the rendering looks weird when i go to
the beginning of the text. It differs each time.

This is a Mac GFX issue; we're suffering from 16-bit overflow, I think. ->dcone

This file doesn't contain any null characters. It contains "\0" in a bunch of
places, but those are just characters. To get real null characters, you need to
enter them in a hex editor. I'll attach a sample.
