User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0
Steps to reproduce:
upgrade from firefox 67.0.3 to firefox 68
Actual results:
The horizontal and vertical scroll bar became gray, narrow, in reverse video and without arrow.
That make them ugly, difficult to use, counter intuitive and remove a feature.
Scrool bar of inactive windows are even more "light" gray which make them look blurry and is eyes strain full.
Just notice that scroll bar are different on this page and: handle are not rounded, but still is video inverted, lack of contrast make it blurry and without arrow. There is no handleded graphics feed back
Expected results:
Scroll bar should not change.

Hi Un, can you please add a screen recording or a print screen with the issue and also, please add the exact steps that you are taking, if this is happening on a specific web site please add it here.
If you will you can download Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.
- I can but i don't see any button to upload image here :-(, can you tell me how ?
- just try firefox-70.0a1.fr.linux-x86_64: same as firefox-68

You have a button "Attach File" just at the top at your first comment, or you can upload the video here: https://streamable.com/videos and past the link. Thanks

Sorry for not seeing it myself.
Here it is.
( I notice that the new thunderbird 60.8.0 does NOT show this problem)

This is because we override system theme for web content when it's not very suitable for it. You can disable the autodetection by setting widget.content.allow-gtk-dark-theme in about:config.
See Bug 1527048 for details.

Can you confirm that the widget.content.allow-gtk-dark-theme fixes it? Thanks.

It don't seems to change anything, should I look at something ?
I already try the "dark theme" by the way: it seem mostly broken ( for example, title bar become black).
