Details

Do this: zoom an apprunner/xul window to full screen, then quit. When you
relaunch, apprunner will try to come up full screen again, but it gets it wrong.
The window is the right size, but it's offset from the upper left corner, and it
covers the Windows toolbar.

I'm not seeing this today on NT. I'm seeing window size and position remembered
correctly, though keep in mind bug 24326, which notes that window position is
completely goofy on the Mac and occasionally, though not terribly predictably,
wrong on NT.

Well, we no longer obscure the toolbar, but it's no longer snapped to be full
screen either. It's the size of the screen, but offset by a couple of pixels
and not locked in place (i.e. you can still drag it).

If there's already another bug on this, then we can leave this one closed.
Otherwise, I'm reopening until this behaves as expected.

Windows now no longer persist their size when maximized, but neither do they
persist their maximized state. I'm still not seeing the one-or-two-pixel offset
Warren mentions. The window now simply ignores its maximized size and state. That
neatly obviates the problem brought up in this bug, so I'm closing it, to be
replaced by the simpler bug 32148.
