Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Start firefox.exe -p

  2. Create a new profile in the Profile Manager

  3. Start Nightly with the created profile

  4. Right click on a link on initial page

  5. Right click on a link on initial page

Actual Results:
Context menus show full list at step 4
A context menu item shows blank label at Step 4 and step 5

And in Browser Console shows the following Errors
NS_ERROR_FAILURE: SearchService previously failed to initialize SearchService.jsm:608

Context menu items should be contextual and working properly
