Steps to reproduce:
- Select the whole URL in the location bar
- Drag it over to an empty space on the desktop
- Release mouse button
Actual results:
Instead of creating the shortcut all that is shown is the unavailable cursor
Expected results:
A shortcut should have been created linking to the website chosen.
