[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the about:addons page
2. Access the Extensions tab
3. Install any extension which has its own options (for example Tree Style Tabs)
   Note: Currently, the Tree Style Tabs extension can be installed from the Recommended list on new profiles. If the extensions is not available from the Recommended list, the same results can be obtained by installing the add-on from AMO.
4. Click the three dots on the extension’s card and notice that several context menu entries are displayed: Disable, Remove, Report and Manage
5. Refresh the page
6. Click the three dots on the extension’s card once more and observe that an additional context menu entry is displayed – Options

[Description]:
Installing an extension having its own options and clicking the three dots on the add-on’s card will not display the ‘Options’ context menu entry immediately after the installation process. The context menu entry will become available only after refreshing the page. For further details, please see the attached video.

[Expected results]:
The ‘Options’ context menu entry should be displayed/available immediately after installing the add-on.

[Actual results]:
The ‘Options’ context menu entry is displayed/available only after refreshing the page, following the add-on installation.
