Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached 'broken-outline.html'
- Click the first text input, then a normal outline appears
- Click the second text input, then a broken outline will appear
Expected result:
The two outlines should have the same appearance.
It works fine with a profile of which 'gfx.webrender.force-disabled' is set to true. So this should be a WebRender-related regression.
