User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://howbigismybrowser.com/ and press F11 for Fullscreen.

Actual results:

Dimensions on FullHD monitor shows 1920x1079 px.
This messes with Media Queries for responsive websites in fullscreen mode.

Expected results:

Correct Monitor size of 1920x1080 px should be shown.
Chrome and Edge show correct size of 1920x1080 px.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:68.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/68.0

Hi,

I have managed to reproduce this issue on latest FF release (68.0), latest Beta 69.0b6 and latest Nightly build 70.0a1 (2019-07-18) using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04.

I will move this over to a component so developers can take a look over it. I'm not sure if this is the correct component, so if it's not, please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.

The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.

Thanks for the report.
