Our datadog contract is expiring, we should stop sending metrics there in the partials generation.
Soon, we will be able to submit metrics to influxdb.

Betas are dying because of a non-existent datadog secret. I'm guessing we need to uplift this to beta/release/esr ?

Recreated the secret using the info from the releng secrets repo.
